The location offers serene views of fields, creating a relaxing atmosphere. Room accommodations were spacious and bright, with a huge comfortable bed. Dinner was a highlight with beautifully cooked meals, including delicious sourdough bread. Breakfast, unfortunately, was missed due to oversleeping in the comfortable bed.

Just a solid selection for a weekend pause in Stratford-upon-Avon with very good value for money. The air conditioning issue made the room quite hot, but thankfully the bed was comfortable enough for a decent sleep. Make sure to check the bar hours, as it closed early when I was there.

The check-in process felt a bit disorganized. We arrived early but were told we couldn’t access our room until 3 PM. After waiting and asking again, we were finally shown to our room, but it took longer than it should have. the room was fantastic. Spacious, quiet, and the bed was incredibly comfortable. The bar and restaurant area were inviting, and the food was truly excellent. Sadly, we overslept and missed breakfast. issues with the initial check-in detracted from what turned out to be a lovely stay.

Gorgeous room décor, beautiful countryside views, elegant dining settings
It would help to improve the rude service from management!!! Addressing the inadequate bathroom accommodations for disabled guests would also enhance accessibility!!!

The Deluxe Double or Twin Room with Balcony offers a lovely space, featuring a big dressing table and an expansive mirror that’s great for getting ready. The hotel surrounds you with stunning countryside views, creating a relaxing environment that's hard to beat.
While the room had a lovely big bed, I would have preferred a proper king rather than two twins joined together. The heating was inadequate upon arrival, leaving the room stone cold. I didn’t want to take my coat off. The dining experience felt somewhat impersonal, as the restaurant atmosphere seemed more like a busy eatery than a hotel lounge, with cold drafts and limited breakfast options, lacking cereals and fruit. The layout of the dining area was also awkward, with a small table unable to accommodate multiple plates and drinks comfortably. Minor maintenance aspects, like the need for better lighting at the dressing table, could enhance the convenience without much effort.

The Deluxe Double or Twin Room boasts a nice layout, and the bathroom features a decent shower setup. Breakfast options displayed commendable variety, providing a solid start to the day.
Checked in at 3 PM only to find out there was no water, with a vague promise of resolution by late afternoon. Despite repeated follow-ups, it took until 7:45 PM to be informed that the issue was supposedly resolved, leaving me to contact the water company directly. To add to the frustration, we were misled about the balcony feature. what was advertised as a balcony turned out to be a patio door blocked by a black bar. When I pointed this out, it felt like a case of false advertising that dampened the experience a bit, despite enjoying most of our stay.
